Behold, "The Jaddeus". One of the guys here at the station came up (along with his girlfriend) with a recipe called "White Trash Puff Balls". They then decided that they wanted to call it the "Jaddeus". I thought "Jaddeus balls" sounded better... but at the same time, may not have sounded quite right on the radio (or anywhere else for that matter). They are croissants, filled with cream cheese and pepperoni... then deep fried. Thank you God for your greatness. Amen.
